Reports to:

Project Executive Required Education Engineering, Construction Management, or Business (or equivalent work experience) Required Experience Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction procedures and practices. This position requires a successful track record in all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction. Experience dealing with MEP subcontractors.



Prior history managing staff. Required Skills Experience with construction project management software (Procore and P6)

General understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they relate to construction of project
