based on experience About the Role H&C Design and Build , a U.S.-based residential remodeling company, is looking for a reliable, bilingual, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations for residential remodeling projects. We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in residential construction , strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment. This role will help ensure high-quality work, safe jobsite operations, and timely project execution , while serving as the company's on-site representative and reporting directly to the Project Manager. Your role Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring safety and productivity. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, technicians, and field staff. Ensure work aligns with construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project schedules and report delays or issues to the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety protocols. Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment. Provide progress updates and report on-site challenges to the Project Manager. Assist in resolving on-site issues quickly and effectively. Support client walkthroughs as directed by the Project Manager. About you Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction site supervision in the U.S. Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. English and Spanish proficiency required. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Experience in residential remodeling projects is preferred. Familiarity with local subcontractor networks and permitting authorities is a plus. Basic proficiency with digital project management tools such as Buildertrend or Procore is preferred.
