  • Commercial/New Construction
  • Rockville, MD will be responsible for: Manage all on-site activities for ground-up commercial construction projects ranging from 20,000 to 60,000 square feet.
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution. Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules to meet key milestones and deadlines. Lead jobsite safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards. Monitor construction quality and ensure all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and owner expectations. Facilitate regular coordination meetings with subcontractors, ownership teams, and project stakeholders. Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize schedule impacts and cost overruns. Partner closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets and achieve project objectives. Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates. Drive projects through completion, turnover, and closeout while maintaining strong client relationships.   • Rockville, MD should have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial ground-up construction projects.
Proven experience managing field operations on projects valued at $5M+. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, life safety systems, and building codes. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing project schedules. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Demonstrated commitment to quality control and jobsite safety. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred. Experience within retail, self-storage, automotive, grocery, education, public sector, or tenant improvement projects is a plus. What's on Offer The Superintendent

  • $140,000 Performance-based bonuses.
