Project Manager - Decks/Patios/Exteriors - Eastern Shore of Maryland Are you a skilled Project Manager looking to work with a company that values excellence, teamwork, and growth? Join us! We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute exterior construction projects with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Project Readiness:
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure projects are prepared to commence on schedule.
Scheduling:
Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software; provide weekly updates to staff and clients.
Kickoff & Communication:
Initiate projects with clients, ensure contractors fully understand the scope of work, and maintain open lines of communication.
Client Relations:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients throughout the production phase.
Inspections & Documentation:
Perform job measurements and pre-installation inspections when needed and upload all relevant documents into project management software.
Subcontractor Management:
Recruit, onboard, and manage subcontractors to ensure high-quality work.
Daily Oversight:
Visit and supervise job sites daily, managing crews and swiftly addressing any issues. Monitor and manage material procurement and quality control.
Change Orders:
Prepare and communicate client change orders when necessary. Logistics & Quality control: Coordinate material deliveries, monitor quality control and manage material return requests.
Project Completion:
Conduct post-job evaluations, identify punch list items, and schedule crews to finalize work.
Team Collaboration:
Actively participate in production and team meetings.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Project Management, with knowledge of construction practices and building codes.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management software, Excel and Outlook. Salesforce experience is preferred.
Organization:
Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities.
Attention to detail:
High level of accuracy and strong problem-solving abilities.
Communication:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Technical expertise:
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and drawings; knowledge of permit process is a plus.

Dedication to delivering excellent client experiences. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package , including a base salary with performance incentives and comprehensive benefits:
Base Salary Range:
$70,000- $80,000 Company provided phone, vehicle, and computer.
