Construction Manager -Silver Spring, MD $130,000-$190,000 A growing civil construction firm is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction operations across multiple public works projects throughout Prince George's County and Montgomery County . This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage project execution, maintain client relationships, and help support continued business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee construction activities across multiple public sector projects Work closely with project management, estimating, field operations, and executive leadership teams Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are progressing safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Serve as a key point of contact for clients, municipalities, and stakeholders Support project planning, coordination, and problem resolution Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business Assist with identifying and pursuing new project opportunities Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or field leadership within civil construction Experience working on public works or municipal projects Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and project execution Ability to effectively communicate with clients, field teams, and project stakeholders Proven leadership and relationship-building skills Willingness to be actively involved in the field and visit jobsites regularly Benefits Stable pipeline of public sector projects Health insurance and comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the organization
