Job Description Oversee demolition and remediation projects throughout Southern and Central Maine. Manage daily jobsite operations, workforce scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety regulations. Lead site meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholders. Support hospital, multifamily, municipal, and public-sector demolition projects. Monitor project quality, productivity, and field execution from start to finish. The Successful Applicant Previous Superintendent experience within demolition, remediation, or heavy construction. Strong field background with hands-on trade experience preferred. Knowledge of demolition means and methods. Asbestos remediation experience highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, schedules, and field personnel.
