Responsibility for all aspects of the development and implementation of small to medium-sized capital design and construction projects and for coordinating all phases of large capital projects with campus constituents.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Planning and Construction, the Project Manager has responsibility for all aspects of the development and implementation of small to medium-sized capital and/ordeferred maintenance design and construction projects and work orders, and for coordinating all phases of large capital projects with campus constituents. The Project Manager works with a high degree of professional judgment while receiving general direction from the Director. The position requires independent problem solving, sound decision making, and the ability to balance project scope, schedule, budget, operational continuity, and stakeholder needs.
