Job Description
Construction Project Manager T-Mobile Authorized Retailer - Wireless Vision The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordinating, and overseeing of construction projects from initial concept through completion. Reporting to the Properties and Facilities Manager, this role oversees all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. They will serve as the primary liaison between architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Your talents:
Plan, direct, and manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Lead project planning activities including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, contractors, and subcontractors Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services as required Review and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost control reports Track project progress and provide regular status updates to ownership and stakeholders Manage RFIs, submittals, change management, and project documentation Conduct site meetings, contractor coordination meetings, and progress reviews Identify and resolve construction issues, conflicts, and delays proactively Oversee punch list completion, commissioning, inspections, and project closeout documentation Your experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Professional certifications such asPMP, CCM, LEED
AP, or equivalent Experience working with owners, developers, and third-party consultants Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and closeout requirements for commercial facilities Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and means Proficiency with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam) Ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Strong organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving abilitiesSimilar remote jobs
