Robertson Homes is seeking candidates for our new Constuction Manager position with at least 5 years of Construction Manager experience (Superintendents reporting to you) . Strong computer skills a real plus. We are expanding into apartments and have some great land positions. Pay will be competitive and commensurate with amount of experience you have. Bonus pay on top of salary. Duties include

• Resolution of customer problems and complaints that are not handled at Project Manager, Superintendent and Warranty Manger levels
• Direct resolution of subcontractor and supplier field problems
• Monitor existing production, scheduling, and quality inspection systems
• Provide direction for development of new production systems
• Monitor over all departmental training programs
• Attend Manager, Big Rock and other meetings, as directed
• Establish and monitor compliance with OSHA safety standards
• Adhere to Robertson Brothers Mission Statement and Principles of Operation
• Manage, motivate and lead Production and Warranty staff
• Participate in 24 hour emergency service program
• In charge of all construction costs, direct, indirect, and VPO's
• Personnel recruitment, interviewing and on-boarding new hires
• Participate (as Presidents) in Homeowner Association Boards & management
• Establish and monitor production templates & schedules
• Establish over all quality standards
• Collaborate with Land Development & Purchasing Departments
• Monitor customer satisfaction and establish acceptable standards
• Review, edit and monitor departmental budgets (Direct and Indirect)
• Establish qualitative and quantitative criteria for Production staff
• Participate in all decisions about:
• Specifications, selections and options
• Purchasing
• Future land acquisitions
• Financing and equity packages
