We're hiring a Project Manager to run our hardscape and landscape construction crews and own the execution of our installation projects from kickoff to final walkthrough. Your foremen lead their crews on the jobsite — you keep every project on schedule, on budget, on-spec, and safe.
This is a year-round role:
when the season turns, you'll lead our winter snow and ice operations. If you know construction, love being in the field, and take pride in a tight, high-quality operation, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Plan and schedule projects — build timelines, allocate resources, and schedule crews to hit deadlines. Oversee landscape and hardscape installations from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to company standards. Manage project logistics — coordinate crews, order materials, and arrange equipment for efficient execution. Direct, support, and develop your foremen and field crews, fostering safe, efficient, and productive work. Partner with Sales/Account Managers for smooth project handoffs, clarify client needs, and provide ongoing updates. Provide consistent progress updates through quality photos and videos; report and escalate issues that need higher-level decisions. Enforce safety policies, conduct site inspections, and maintain a culture of safe work practices. Monitor installations to confirm they meet quality standards, design specifications, and client expectations. Solve day-to-day field challenges — scheduling, materials, client changes, and crew performance. Lead winter snow and ice operations — coordinate plow and salt crews, routes, equipment, and storm-response scheduling to keep client sites safe and clear all season. Ensure on-site equipment maintenance is performed and keep team morale high. What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in landscape, hardscape, or construction project management. Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide foremen and crews. Solid understanding of landscape construction, hardscape materials, and installation best practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience managing winter snow and ice operations is a strong plus. Valid Chauffeur's driver's license. What Success Looks Like Projects consistently completed on time and to quality standards. Crews working efficiently, safely, and with high morale. Clear communication with the Operations Manager, sales team, clients, and crews. Minimal rework or callbacks thanks to high-quality installations. Clients satisfied with both the finished product and the service experience. Join our team to lead innovative landscape projects that transform outdoor spaces! We're committed to empowering our employees with the tools they need for success while fostering a vibrant work environment dedicated to excellence in construction management.
