P osition Summary Due to growth, we are looking to add to our Construction Management team! The Residential Construction Manager is responsible for the new home quality, budget control, schedule conformance, and client experience of each home that is built in their community. The Residential Construction Manager manages the day-to-day construction process in accordance with the Allen Edwin Construction Compass philosophies and guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred
