Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, dispatching, and materials management to ensure efficient and effective warehouse processes. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment. Duties Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage logistics and dispatching of goods to optimize shipping and receiving processes. Implement inventory management practices to maintain accurate stock levels and reduce discrepancies. Coordinate fleet management activities, ensuring timely delivery of products while minimizing costs. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for all warehouse functions, focusing on continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Other responsibilities may include:
Developing and managing a waste reduction and recycling program Managing company-owned vehicles Determining preferred vendors for equipment rentals Participating in a safety program Managing exterior building and ground maintenance Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role is required. Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatching, materials management, and inventory control systems. Ability to back-up a trailer and operate a forklift required. Experience in implementing continuous improvement strategies within a warehouse setting is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
