Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee landscape projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating various landscaping tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Duties
- Plan, organize, and manage landscape projects from inception to completion
- Work closely with the project foreman and crew
- Coordination of subcontractors, crew, inspectors and job site deliveries
- Can layout and supervise the installation of retaining walls, pavers, plants, sod, etc.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, budget, and timelines
- Work with both residential and commercial clients Skills
- Proficiency in landscape design, construction, and maintenance
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of front end docs, submittals, quotes and budgets for commercial work
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.00- $75,000.
