Multifamily & Mixed Use Projects Location:

Lansing / Grand Rapids, MI (Relocation Assistance Available)

Position Type:

Full-Time, Immediate Need An established, highly respected commercial construction leader is seeking a veteran Level 3 Superintendent to spearhead major ground-up projects in Michigan.

Prefer people with:

multifamily and mixed use experience can also have high-rise or healthcare or hospital experience

Lead Major Projects:

Independently manage complex ground-up builds, schedules, trades, and safety.

Mentor Future Leaders:

Coach and develop junior Superintendents to strengthen the overall field team.

Drive Field Culture:

Lead with a level-headed, collaborative, and team-oriented approach. 📝

Ideal Background Experience:

8-15+ years in commercial construction preferred.

Project History:

running ground up mixed-use or residential or hospital project experience.

Stability:

Stable career progression showing clear project ownership.
