This individual will provide leadership to foremen and electricians, coordinate with project managers and general contractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure exceptional workmanship. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations on multiple electrical construction projects. Lead, mentor, and supervise foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors. Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring milestones are met. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material deliveries. Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Conduct daily jobsite meetings and weekly planning sessions. Work closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets and productivity. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or cost. Ensure all installations comply with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes. Coordinate inspections with AHJs and utility companies. Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure projects pass inspections. Enforce company safety policies and maintain a zero-incident culture. Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and clients. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience. At least 5 years in a Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership role. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Experience managing crews of 20+ electricians. Ability to read blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical specifications. Strong scheduling and organizational skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain immediately). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel as needed.
