U & I Home Care LLC (Adult Foster Care Small Group Home) U & I Home Care LLC is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, direct care quality, staffing readiness, documentation standards, and resident safety inside a licensed adult foster care home. Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations and maintain strong direct care quality across the team
• Review staffing coverage, shift readiness, and escalation needs for weekends and holidays
• Lead compliance for DWIHN notes, incidents, medication workflows, and licensing standards
• Coach staff, support accountability, and keep communication clear across the home
• Help keep resident routines, documentation, and safety expectations consistent and audit-ready
• Provide direct support when needed in a structured residential care environment Qualifications
• Leadership experience in caregiving, group-home, adult foster care, or a similar care setting
• CPR and First Aid readiness required
• Strong comfort with compliance, medication administration expectations, and staff coordination

• DWIHN IDD 1

  1 and progress note experience preferred
• Professional, dependable, and able to balance operations with resident-centered care Schedule
• Full-time or part-time
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
• On-call weekend and holiday availability may be required

Job Types:

Up to $20.00 per hour
