A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Project Manager:
Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget Lead project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking Champion safety and quality on-siteDesired Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial construction PM experience Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software Strong financial acumen and subcontractor management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Applicable project experience includes commercial, multifamily, churches, schools, retail, big box grocery), and car washes.
