The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong background in tenant improvement and ground-up projects (average project value: $5 million ). Geographic location - Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company safety policies Manage project schedules, including a 3-week look-ahead Lead and coordinate daily foreman meetings Complete and maintain daily logs in Procore Communicate regularly with the assigned Project Manager Foster a team-oriented environment focused on collaboration and results Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Proven experience in tenant improvement and ground-up projects Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record OSHA 10 certification This is your chance to lead teams, deliver quality projects, and help shape the local landscape — all while working close to home.
