We're a fourth-generation family company with a reputation built on craftsmanship, long-term client relationships, and standing behind our work long after the keys are handed over. The Service & Warranty Manager is the person who makes that last part true. The Role When a Stonewood home is complete, it becomes yours. You own the relationship with the homeowner from delivery forward: warranty response, ongoing maintenance, and the small and mid-sized projects our clients bring back to us because they trust the people who built their home. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that blends field work, project coordination, and problem-solving. You'll spend time in beautiful homes, work with the best trades in the market, and be the reason our clients recommend us to their friends. What You'll Do Take over each completed home at project delivery and serve as the homeowner's primary point of contact for service, warranty, and maintenance Respond to warranty requests, diagnose issues, and determine root cause

  • researching materials, systems, and installation details on finished projects when the answer isn't obvious Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on service and warranty work across multiple homes at once, holding them to Stonewood standards for quality, schedule, and cost Price and estimate additional work requested by clients

  • and manage those projects from proposal through completion Create and maintain service schedules; order materials and set appointments throughout the process Document all service activity, progress, and communication in our project management software Collaborate with our architects, interior designers, engineers, and production staff when a service issue touches design or construction Facilitate milestone and check-in meetings with clients; keep homeowners informed and confident Maintain progress reports for each home and client Perform light construction work as needed: hardware adjustments, minor repairs, cleaning, site protection Manage up: bring constructive feedback on company processes and help us improve how we deliver and service homes What We're Looking For Experience in residential construction, remodeling, home service, or warranty management•custom or luxury home experience is a strong plus Working knowledge of home building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, envelope, finishes) and the ability to troubleshoot across them Strong organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple homes, trades, and timelines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication, with a tactful, mature demeanor and the ability to work with a wide range of personalities•including discerning homeowners Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions quickly Comfortable with project management and scheduling software Ability to estimate material and labor costs accurately Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Compensation & Benefits Salary based on experience Performance-based annual bonus 401(k) with 3% employer match Health insurance, 80% employer-paid (employee coverage) Three weeks of accrued PTO plus company holidays Company computer and cell phone Vehicle mileage reimbursed at the federal rate Structured onboarding with immediate goal setting, a 6-month check-in, and annual performance review How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about your experience with residential service or construction.
