We're hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale data center construction projects. This is a key jobsite leadership role for someone who can coordinate craft and subcontractor activities, keep complex site work moving safely and efficiently, and build strong working partnerships with Project Managers and trade partners. As a Senior Superintendent at Boldt, you'll be the field leader driving day-to-day execution on large-scale data center work—building strong relationships, setting the pace for the site, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. We're looking for someone with deep union experience, strong subcontractor coordination, and the ability to keep complex scopes (mechanical/heavy electrical/plumbing) aligned as conditions change. If you lead with safety, empower your crew, and take pride in doing the work right the first time, you'll thrive at Boldt.
