The items listed below represent some of the core responsibilities of this position: Leadership, Management, and Accountability Execution of the Project Management Core Processes, including: Project start-up Project schedule management Buyout Change management Pay applications Work-in-progress reporting In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractor-related issues, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with quality control and safety management on assigned projects. This list is not exhaustive; it represents only a portion of the responsibilities required to be successful as a Senior Project Manager at Woodstone, Inc. Candidate Profile Procore experience is a plus CMiC experience is a plus Oracle Primavera experience is a plus High level understanding of project costs and budgeting Empathy Willingness to learn Willingness to mentor people and be mentored Good teammate Detail orientedJob Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field with relevant experience Or Associates Degree/Technical Certificate with relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft O365 software Procore experience is a plus Viewpoint Spectrum experience is a plusWhat We Offer:
