Reliable Home Care is hiring a House Manager for the Ironton County area. We support persons w/disabilities in their own home (Independent Supported Living, "ISL's")

Hours:

Tuesday and Thursday, 7a.m.-3p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 3p.m.-11p.m., with flexibility for On-Call duties and to work shifts when a staffing crisis. Applicant will train as Direct Care Staff (DCS). Upon completing DCS training, the candidate will then go through 30 days of House Manager training prior to being offered the House Manager position. This ensures the candidate is knowledgeable in regard to Reliable Home Care's process, policies and systems, and ensures the candidate is familiar with the consumers they will be responsible for. House Manager:

Provide oversight to the home assigned; environments, consumer health/safety, Ensure all documentation is maintained and in compliance with agency policy, Provide training and direction to employees, Required to participate in the Staffing On-Call rotation, and must be able to problem solve in regard to consumer/staff issues as they arise, Ensure agency policies/procedures in place are implemented.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years experience working with people w/disabilities, must be able to pass a Criminal Background, have working/insured/licensed/reliable vehicle .

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
