We are looking for an LPN to pass medications and assist the RN in our LTC/SNF We are seeking an LPN to pass medications and assist with Nursing Care on our LTC/SNF neighborhood. This postion works 6:00AM to 6:30PM every Saturday and Sunday and it is a "Weekend Warrior" position so this person works 24 hours and gets paid for 32 and is elegible for benefits. This person uses Point Click Care to give medications to the neighbors at the scheduled times, documents in PCC when the medication is given and documents any issues. They report to the Weekend RN , and make sure that the Weekend RN knows about anyone that refuses a medication, is outside of parameters for the medication, or any issues. They assist the RN as needed. When not passing medications this person does patient care or assessments as needed, works with the weekend RN on Nursing Tasks or issues, prepares for their upcoming med passes, stocks the med carts, and other duties as needed. This person needs to be a team player, that is adaptable to the needs of the neighborhood, and has an understanding of resident rights, what abuse and neglect is, and has a good understanding of Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Saturday and Sunday day, 6:00AM to 6:30PM, "Weekend Warrior" works 24 hours and gets paid for 32.

Pay:

$26.73 - $28.37 per hour
