Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior Ground Up Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial real estate development projects from concept through completion. In this performance-driven, client-focused role, you will oversee budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, procurement, and construction execution for ground-up projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. You will manage contractors and consultants, drive risk management, and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions. Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle management of ground-up commercial construction projects from feasibility through closeout Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies to meet client and financial targets Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors; enforce contract terms, quality standards, safety, and compliance Coordinate with internal JLL teams, owners, and stakeholders to align design, scope, and risk management Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and change orders to clients and senior leadership Identify and mitigate project risks; drive issue resolution and maintain strong client relationships Champion sustainability, technology-enabled solutions, and JLL best practices on all projects Mentor junior project staff and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes Required Skills Construction project management Ground-up commercial construction Budgeting and cost control Project scheduling (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Contract negotiation and administration Risk management and mitigation Building codes and regulatory compliance Vendor and contractor management Change order and claims management Stakeholder and client communication
