Preconstruction CoordinatorGreater St. Louis, MO$55,000 - $75,000 (Experience Dependent)About the OpportunityA growing sports construction contractor is seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator to support bidding, estimating, and project pursuit efforts. This position plays a key role in organizing bid opportunities, maintaining project documentation, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and helping ensure proposals are submitted accurately and on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills looking to build a career in construction, estimating support, project coordination, or preconstruction.

ResponsibilitiesTrack and organize incoming bid opportunities and project informationMaintain bid calendars, deadlines, and project tracking systemsDownload, organize, and manage plans, specifications, addenda, and bid documentsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors during the bidding processAssist estimators with gathering pricing, documentation, and proposal informationPrepare and assemble bid packages and proposal documentsSend follow-ups, bid invitations, and project communicationsTrack RFIs, addenda, and other project updatesMaintain organized project files and databasesProvide administrative support to the estimating and preconstruction teamQualifications0-1+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, estimating support, office administration, or a related field preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and OutlookDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughConstruction industry experience is a plus but not requiredBenefitsFull Benefits Included
