This is a full time, direct hire role with a builder that has been steady through every cycle and treats its people like the reason for it. Small enough that your work is visible, big enough that you have real resources behind you What you will be doing Leading commercial, renovation, historical, and ground up projects from preconstruction through closeout Owning project financials, including budgets, forecasting, change orders, and monthly cost reviews Managing buyout, subcontracts, submittals, RFIs, and procurement Building and driving the project schedule alongside the superintendent and field team Serving as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and design teams Mentoring Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers, and helping build the next layer of the team Supporting business development through relationships and repeat client work What we are looking for 8+ years of project management experience with a general contractor Experience across multiple project types, with renovation or historical work a strong plus Comfortable owning full project financials on projects of meaningful size Someone who leads well, communicates plainly, and holds a team to a standard without burning it down Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or the field experience to match it Based in or willing to relocate to the Jackson, MS area Compensation and benefits $130,000 to $145,000 base depending on experience Annual performance bonus Vehicle or vehicle allowance, fuel, phone, and laptop Medical, dental, and vision 401k with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Relocation assistance available for the right person The short version Good projects, a fair number, leadership that backs you, and a company that will still be here in twenty years.
