Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Superintendent will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to deliver exceptional results while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and construction specifications. Duties Lead daily on-site operations, supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly. Oversee tasks within software tools such as ProCore for project documentation, tracking, and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and progress against schematics and blueprints. Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, providing guidance on technical tasks such as blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and use of tools like ohmmeters. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations including OSHA standards; conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols rigorously. Maintain detailed records of site activities, incident reports, daily logs, and project documentation for accountability and transparency. Skills Extensive experience in construction site management with proven supervising skills. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and management principles. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of contracts administration and construction estimating processes. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation tools including ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting. Deep knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety. Experience on residential construction projects is a plus. Perks Company truck
