Salary:

$120,000•150,000 base Join a well-established mid-sized General Contractor that delivers a wide range of commercial projects, with a strong focus on K-12 and Higher Education. Typical project values range from $30M•40M, although they have successfully delivered projects exceeding $100M+. Due to a strong backlog of work ($400mil+) and continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced Construction Superintendent to our Triangle region.

Compensation & Benefits:

$120,000•150,000 base salary 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP)•Every employee has the opportunity to become an owner of the business through the company's ESOP. Requirements:
