Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full-cycle HVAC projects from planning through execution across various industries, including schools, manufacturing plants, aquatic centers, distribution hubs, and high-tech facilities . Oversee the installation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, humidity control systems, steam, chilled water, gas piping, and compressors . Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues, providing technical expertise as needed.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of Project Management experience in HVAC or a related industry. 10-15 years of hands-on experience with critical HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, steam, and humidity control . Strong knowledge of design-build processes for commercial and industrial projects. Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects in various sectors such as distribution centers, science and technology centers, manufacturing plants, and public facilities .
