Construction Project Lead / Field Supervisor AllTrade Solutions, LLC - Swansboro / Emerald Isle, NC / Cape Carteret $30-$38/hour | 10-20 hours/week initially | Potential to grow into full-time AllTrade Solutions is a growing local property maintenance and repair company looking for an experienced construction professional to lead our projects and grow with us. This is more than a handyman position. We're looking for someone with broad construction knowledge who can look at a project, determine what needs to be done, estimate the labor and materials, coordinate the work, and make sure the job is completed correctly and profitably. What You'll Do Evaluate projects and help prepare estimates and bids Determine labor, materials, and project timelines Schedule and coordinate employees and subcontractors Order and organize materials Supervise jobs and ensure quality workmanship Troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions Communicate professionally with customers and property managers Work alongside the crew when needed Work closely with the owner to improve operations and help grow the company Who We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced contractor, superintendent, lead carpenter, project manager or construction professional with strong hands-on knowledge of residential repairs, remodeling and property maintenance. You don't need to personally perform every trade, but you do need enough construction knowledge to know how a job should be completed, estimate it appropriately, coordinate the right people, and recognize quality workmanship. Schedule & Opportunity This position will begin at approximately 10-20 hours per week, based on project volume. Our goal is to grow the position as AllTrade grows, with the potential to develop into a full-time leadership role. Pay:

$30-$38/hour, based on experience and capabilities, with opportunity for performance-based bonuses as the company grows.
