Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership will drive project success through effective team management, meticulous scheduling, and rigorous compliance with construction regulations. Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution :

Oversee multiple commercial restoration projects — water intrusion and reconstruction — ensuring adherence to safety standards, scope specifications, and financial goals.

Technical Restoration Expertise:

Apply expert knowledge of structural water intrusion remediation protocols and reconstruction/rebuild scopes.

Planning, Coordination & Quality Control :

Lead project planning, coordination, and execution, including schedules, budgets, submittals, billings, and quality control across mitigation and rebuild phases.

Team Development & Mentorship :

Mentor and develop junior project managers, technicians, and crew leads; contribute to talent development and team success.

Client Satisfaction & Business Development:

Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals; build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors; support sales and business development goals.

Cross-Team & Subcontractor Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal mitigation, reconstruction, and contents teams and manage subcontractor and trade partner relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Documentation & Financial Management :

Prepare and process all project-related documentation, estimates, proposals, contracts, purchase orders, AP/AR, payroll, and cost forecasts.

Software Utilization & Reporting:

Utilize software tools such as Procore, HH2, and Microsoft Office for efficient project management, moisture-mapping documentation, and reporting.

Field Oversight & Compliance:

Track job progress, monitor drying equipment placement and readings, manage equipment inspections, and generate daily reports using Procore and moisture-monitoring software. Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management or 6+ years of experience in construction-related industry preferred 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring project teams preferred. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience required; business development skills and experience are a plus. Proficient in using project management software such as Procore to track job progress, manage equipment inspections, and generate daily reports. Proven ability to manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and profitability targets. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/restoration project management software.
