Job Description

Industrial Construction Project Superintendent with Travel A general contractor in High Point, NC since 1977, we specialize in commercial and industrial projects for clients that see their buildings as reflections of their ambitions and success. SALARY:
$100,000-120,000 plus discretionary bonus Job Description
  • Ability to travel throughout
NC, SC, VA & GA
based on project location need.
  • Provide oversight for all aspects of the assigned construction project.
  • Responsible for site safety and adherence to OSHA standards and specific client/site requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the construction process.
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Manage subcontractors' performances and relationships.
  • Maintain daily safety and activity documentation for all field activities.
  • Coordinate and manage weekly onsite subcontractor coordination meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient job site.
  • Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to the project budget.
  • Responsible for project quality and compliance with project drawings and specifications.
  • Basic technology and computer skills (MS Office). Preferred Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
  • Ability to travel throughout
NC, SC, VA & GA
based on project location need.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • OSHA 10- & 30-hour certification. Benefits
