Job Description Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and project stakeholders. Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality, safety, and budget objectives are met. Lead site logistics, daily planning, and progress tracking efforts. Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving efficiently. Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and client requirements. Foster strong communication between field teams, project managers, and clients. Deliver successful healthcare, commercial, or institutional construction projects. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. Experience leading projects valued up to approximately $7M. Proven track record of stable employment and project execution. Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred. Life sciences project experience is highly desirable. Experience with renovation, upfit, and/or ground-up construction projects. Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills. Ability to drive project safety, quality, and production goals. What's on Offer Immediate opportunity to lead multiple healthcare projects in the Greenville area.
