Job Description Oversee daily construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Maintain accurate records of project activities and progress. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction Healthcare or life sciences construction experience strongly preferred Experience delivering projects valued up to $7M Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills Stable career history with demonstrated project success What's on Offer $110,000 - $130,000 base salary + profit sharing Company truck, gas card, PTO, and comprehensive benefits package 10% profit-sharing opportunity on top of base compensation Immediate leadership opportunity on $9M of healthcare work with a long-term growth-focused contractor
