Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion. Manage daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, project schedules, and site logistics. Enforce safety standards and cultivate a strong safety-first culture on every project. Monitor project quality and ensure all work meets contract documents and client expectations. Collaborate with project management teams, design professionals, and ownership representatives to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. Track project progress and proactively identify and mitigate construction risks. Oversee healthcare renovation and new construction projects while minimizing disruption to occupied environments when applicable. Direct field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Support successful delivery of multiple healthcare projects totaling approximately $9M in the Greenville market. The Successful Applicant Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction. Experience leading projects valued up to approximately $7M. Demonstrated success coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality on active construction sites. Stable work history with proven tenure and project completion experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred. Life sciences project experience highly desirable. Experience with both ground-up and renovation/upfit projects. Familiarity with construction projects in occupied facilities. Local market knowledge of Eastern North Carolina is a plus.
