Servco Restoration Solutions is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from the start of reconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing project schedules and budgets, communicating with customers, and ensuring each project is completed efficiently and to Servco's quality standards. Responsibilities Manage reconstruction projects from approved scope through final completion Review estimates, scopes of work, budgets, and project requirements Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and inspections Monitor job progress, costs, timelines, and profitability Maintain consistent communication with homeowners, insurance professionals, and internal team members Conduct site visits and ensure work meets quality and safety standards Identify and document supplements or changes to the original scope Resolve project issues and keep jobs moving toward completion Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, notes, and project updates Complete final walkthroughs and assist with project closeout Qualifications Previous project management or construction experience required Restoration/reconstruction and insurance claim experience strongly preferred Knowledge of residential construction practices and repair processes Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple active projects at once Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with subcontractors and vendors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with estimating or restoration management software is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their projects, communicates well, stays organized, and can balance customer satisfaction, quality, scheduling, and job profitability . Pay:

$65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
