You don't need decades of experience, but a foundational grasp (~50%) of construction or design concepts is key. We value emotional maturity, clear communication, and an easygoing resilience when things move fast. If you handle feedback constructively, keep a level head during busy seasons, and want to build a long-term career in a supportive environment, this role is for you. Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Key Responsibilities Rep & Vendor Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for sales reps, vendors, and trade partners; build genuine, professional relationships and handle daily coordination.
Administrative & Computer Support:
Manage email communications, maintain digital files, track schedules, and keep project records updated using standard software.
Operational Organization:
Track material orders, deliveries, and project timelines to keep everyday operations running smoothly.
Team Collaboration:
Step in calmly to support team members with changing tasks during peak periods without taking fast-paced shifts personally.
Continuous Growth:
Active participation in hands-on training to deepen your construction/design knowledge and prepare for future career advancement.
Qualifications & Skills Industry Knowledge:
Basic familiarity (~50%) with construction terminology, trade workflows, or design concepts.
Emotional Maturity & Resilience:
Maintains a level head under pressure, processes constructive feedback with ease, and approaches daily challenges with perspective and poise.
Communication & Tech Literacy:
Confident phone and email demeanor; comfortable navigating standard computer programs and speaking directly with varied personalities.
Adaptability & Organization:
Excellent self-organization; capable of prioritizing multiple moving parts without becoming easily overwhelmed.
