This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and budget control. As a Construction Project Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with construction regulations, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success while maintaining safety standards and fostering positive client relationships. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate all phases of construction activities. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, forecasting expenses, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intent. Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and project progression. Ensure construction site safety by enforcing regulations, conducting inspections, and implementing safety protocols aligned with industry standards. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining comprehensive documentation for all project activities. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for daily reporting, document control, and communication across teams. Supervise on-site construction activities, managing teams in a construction management role to meet project milestones efficiently. Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues promptly, and adjust schedules as needed to maintain momentum. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil work. Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Proficiency in project management tools including Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, and other construction management software. Demonstrated ability in construction estimating, cost management, and budget control practices. Excellent blueprint reading skills along with a thorough understanding of construction plans and specifications. Experience managing complex schedules through Primavera P6 or Primavera P3; familiarity with Construction schedule coordination is essential. Skilled in managing teams on-site while fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and prioritization to meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of contracts negotiation and administration along with experience in managing project documentation accurately.
