This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate project schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects that meet client specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management software. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating all phases of construction activities. Manage project budgets through cost estimation, tracking, and control to maximize efficiency and profitability. Oversee construction site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to review construction plans, specifications, and contracts. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam and AGTEK for document control, progress tracking, and communication. Supervise project teams in managing daily tasks, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of team productivity. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Read blueprints and construction plans accurately to ensure proper implementation on-site. Manage project schedules proactively to prevent delays and facilitate timely project delivery. Lead negotiations for contracts and change orders while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety protocols and legal regulations. Qualifications Proven experience managing heavy civil or commercial construction projects with a focus on infrastructure or large-scale developments. Demonstrated expertise in construction estimating, schedule coordination, and budget management. Proficiency with Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, AGTEK, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other construction project management tools such as ProCore or Bluebeam. Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and environmental compliance requirements. Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings effectively. Experience managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills. Familiarity with managing complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
