A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description

Twenty-Five (25) year National Commercial General Contractor looking for experienced Superintendents. Current project is located in Pineville, NC. This is a retail build out. Must be willing to travel nationally for future projects. Must have the ability to build interior buildouts. Blueprint reading and understanding a must. Computer skills must be sharp. Must own a laptop and printer for full administrative mobility. Travel is required to job site. Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites. Hotel and per diem reimbursement will be included in the compensation package if outside of your local area. Compensation is negotiable depending on qualifications. Interviews will be held by making an appointment for a "teams" interview online. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management. Upcoming Projects are national and to be discussed during interview if you are willing to travel.
