Job Description

CHE Companies is looking for a Commercial Construction Manager who is hungry, humble, and smart—someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, stays ahead of problems, and isn't afraid to be hands-on in the field. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to help lead the daily execution of commercial cladding, roofing, and building envelope projects, making sure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to CHE standards. If you're organized, solutions-focused, and know how to keep subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety moving in the right direction, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Provide daily coordination and supervision of commercial cladding and roofing installation. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, inspections, and project schedules. Conduct regular site walkthroughs to verify quality and installation requirements. Monitor jobsite safety and enforce CHE and OSHA standards. Track project progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager. Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, photos, punch lists, and corrective actions. Identify issues and delays early and help drive solutions. Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites. Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. What We're Looking For Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, blueprints, and specifications. Understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA practices. Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with construction documentation and reporting. Comfortable working with technology and digital project documentation. Google Workspace experience; NetSuite, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus. Even Better If You Have 1-3 years of Construction Management experience or equivalent field experience. Experience working on active commercial jobsites with multiple trades. Hands-on experience with fiber cement siding, ACM panels, AWP systems, specialty cladding, or commercial roofing including shingle, metal, or TPO systems. OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days. Experience with contract administration and change orders. Bilingual English/Spanish skills. The role requires regular walking, standing, climbing, lifting, outdoor work, and travel between jobsites. Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed depending on project requirements.
