Construction Superintendent - Multifamily We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will work on a mix of ground-up multifamily construction and renovation projects, providing an opportunity to oversee a variety of project types and scopes. Some local travel between project sites will be required.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily field operations for multifamily construction projects

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel

Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met

Coordinate inspections and ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and building codes

Monitor quality control and jobsite safety

Review plans, drawings, and project specifications

Communicate regularly with project management and ownership teams regarding project progress and challenges

Identify and resolve field issues efficiently

Maintain organized project documentation and daily reports

Coordinate multiple phases of construction, from site work through completion and turnover

Qualifications:

5+ years of construction superintendent experience

Multifamily construction experience required

Experience with both ground-up construction and renovations strongly preferred

Strong understanding of construction plans, schedules, and building processes

Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and multiple trades

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel locally between project sites as needed

OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred
