Job Description Lead daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction. Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field issues to maintain progress. Enforce company safety standards and promote a culture centered on incident prevention. Oversee quality control efforts and ensure work meets project specifications and client expectations. Collaborate with project management teams to support project planning, logistics, and execution. Manage site activities for renovation, addition, and ground-up construction projects. Maintain clear communication with owners, architects, engineers, and internal leadership teams. The Successful Applicant Must-Have Qualifications Experience working in the field on commercial construction projects. Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily construction operations. Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, quality control, and project execution. Proven communication and leadership skills in a construction environment. Willingness to travel and relocate between project assignments as required. Preferred Experience Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience on large commercial projects. Experience with ground-up construction and major renovation/addition projects. Background in senior living, hospitality, industrial, automotive, or other large-scale commercial markets. Experience managing projects valued up to $60M or greater.
