https://sineathconstruction.com/ What You'll Do As a Field Manager at Sineath Construction, you'll serve as the on-site leader, responsible for the smooth execution of each project from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. Manage assigned projects from start to finish as the primary on-site lead and client contact. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and trades while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional job site. Coordinate the daily construction schedule, manage job sequencing, and enforce safety and code compliance. Use CoConstruct to document daily job logs, updates, site photos, schedules, and client communications.Lead required meetings:
pre-construction, electrical walkthroughs, punchlist, and 12-month warranty walkthroughs. Review and approve subcontractor invoices, track project budgets, and escalate change orders when needed. Represent the Sineath brand with integrity, professionalism, and clear, proactive communication. What You Bring We're looking for a confident, hands-on leader who knows how to deliver high-quality builds and maintain strong relationships in the field. 5+ years of on-site construction management experience (residential or commercial required) Proven ability to run a job site from groundbreak to final walkthrough with minimal oversight Expert understanding of construction sequencing, safety compliance, and blueprint reading Strong leadership and communication skills, both in-person and via digital tools (email, phone, CoConstruct) Technically savvy: able to manage schedules, budgets, and documentation with tools like Excel and CoConstruct Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize and solve problems independently A commitment to professionalism, quality, and client satisfaction on every jobCompensation & Benefits Salary :
$75,000-$95,000 (commensurate with experience)Medical Insurance :
Eligible after 90 daysPaid Time Off :
5 days/year (Years 1-2); 10 days/year after 2 yearsSick Leave :
