Job Description

Superintendent - Commercial Construction An award winning, high-performing commercial general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to run ground-up projects from the field. You'll be trusted to take ownership and keep execution tight from start through closeout. This is a field-driven role centered on execution—coordinating trades, maintaining schedule, and resolving issues quickly to keep the project on track. Travel is required with this role. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead all on-site operations for ground-up commercial projects Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and day-to-day field coordination Build and maintain the project schedule, adjusting as needed to stay on track Identify and resolve issues before they impact progress Maintain quality standards and enforce jobsite safety Run jobsite meetings and keep communication aligned between field and office What They're Looking For Experience running ground-up commercial projects as a Superintendent Ability to manage multiple trades and keep work progressing on schedule Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations Someone who takes ownership and operates with a high level of accountability Willingness to travel to projects What You'll Get Consistent pipeline of projects Autonomy in the field without unnecessary red tape Support from PMs and leadership who understand construction operations Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and full benefits If you take pride in running organized, on-schedule jobs and keeping projects moving from start through closeout, this may be the position for you.
