Team Leadership:
Coach and mentor crew members, communicate daily goals clearly, and foster a positive, professional work environment.Job Site Management:
Read commercial and residential blueprints, ensure compliance with local flatwork codes, and manage site safety.Quality & Efficiency:
Oversee flatwork finishing quality, monitor concrete material factors/costs, and maintain proper care of trucks, trailers, and equipment.Client & Crew Relations:
Handle quick problem-solving on site and maintain professional communication with engineers, architects, and homeowners.
Administration:
Ensure accurate, timely submission of project paperwork and weekly electronic timecards.Working hours:

5+ years of concrete flatwork experience preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.Licensing:
Valid driver???s license (clean driving record acceptable to insurer) and a DOT Medical Card (or ability to pass the physical).Workplace Standards:
Ability to maintain a drug and alcohol-free status on site and accurately track time electronically daily.Personal Gear:
Must supply basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, nail apron, steel-toed boots, rubber overshoes).

Willingness to travel periodically as required for project management.
