Job Description The Superintendent - High End Residential will: Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Maintain accurate records of project activities and budgets. Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project updates. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
