Position Summary The Senior Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating disaster restoration projects, including water, fire, and mold remediation efforts. This position requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex challenges while ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong understanding of restoration processes and compliance standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage disaster restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company policies, conducting regular site inspections and reviews. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Complete all required documentation for losses, including sketch and scope sheet for estimate. Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including adjustors and customers. Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables. Other duties as assigned or apparent. Skills/Qualifications Required 5+ years of Project Management experience in Construction, Disaster Restoration, or related industry Previous experience in a leadership, coaching and/or team management role Previous experience with DocuSketch Proven history of leadership and/or team management Effective Communication skills Organizational skills Strong Problem-solving/Decision-making capabilities Analytical thinking High Emotional Intelligence Proficient in Microsoft Suites, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Fluent in industry standards and protocol Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record Preferred Experience using Xactimate estimating software preferred. Work Environment This is an in-field position that requires frequent travel to and from active jobsites. Jobsites may contain asbestos, microbial growth, lead, or other hazardous materials; personal protective equipment or PPE will be provided. Jobsites may or may not have electricity; expect to work in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Expect to use ladders often and work in small, confined spaces, occasionally. Physical Demands This position will typically require the employee to stand or walk for extended periods of time and may involve heavy manual labor.
