This role combines project coordination with physical work on job sites. You may be confirming a subcontractor's schedule, picking up and unloading lumber, checking a delivery, cleaning up a work area, or handling a small task needed before the next trade can start. We need someone who notices what needs to get done and takes responsibility for getting it handled.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate with PM on daily priorities across multiple properties. Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers to keep work on schedule. Pick up, load, transport, unload, and stage lumber and other construction materials. Check deliveries for missing, incorrect, or damaged items and coordinate replacements. Perform general jobsite cleanup and keep work areas organized and accessible. Handle miscellaneous site preparation and basic construction tasks within your skill level, as directed by PM. Fill gaps between supplier deliveries and subcontractor scopes so work does not stall over small unfinished tasks. Visit job sites, take progress photos, track punch lists, and flag problems early. Assist with inspection scheduling, material orders, and project updates. This position requires regular physical work , including lifting and carrying construction materials, loading and unloading deliveries, and working outdoors in varying conditions. Candidates should be comfortable with basic tools, have a valid driver's license, and be able to travel between job sites. IRS mileage reimbursement will be provided for personal vehicle use.
