They are currently looking for a Lead Superintendent for a 60-story residential development in Downtown Manhattan. They are looking for an experienced, proactive and diligent Super circa 20+ years' experience and, more importantly, 1-2 high-rise (30+ stories) projects that they have run as the lead. A DOB License is a pre-requisite for the position.
